What you'll get

This isn't a sales pitch, it's 20 minutes to actually be heard. Whatever you're seeing with your athlete right now, here's what you walk away with:

  • A focused 20-minute conversation where Lindsey listens to what's actually going on with your athlete

  • Straight talk on whether one-on-one coaching for your athlete or coaching for you as the parent is the better starting point

  • A plan forward built around your family's actual situation, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation

  • A clear next step either way, so whether it's a fit or not, you'll know exactly what to do

Who is this call for?

This is PERFECT for you if...

  • Your athlete is already in Human First, Athlete Always and you want more one-on-one support.

  • You want your athlete to thrive on and off the field, not just look good in the moment.

  • You have another child, not currently in the program, who could use one-on-one work too.

This is NOT for you if...

  • You're mainly chasing scholarships, this call is about your athlete's whole development, not a fast track to recruiting.

  • You want a group program your athlete can join, not individual coaching for them or for you.

  • You just want a quick pep talk or a tip, not an honest conversation about what's actually going on.

This Is the Hardest Position You'll Ever Play.

Youth sports can take more than they give, and parenting a young athlete honestly should count as an Olympic sport of its own. I know how it feels to watch your athlete carry more than their shoulders should hold, and to see the love and joy for their sport fade away. You want to help, but you don't know how, and you don't want to risk making it worse.

I've spent over 20 years working with athletes, from middle schoolers to professionals, including world class champions, and I was invited to speak to the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee on supporting young athletes. In that time, I've personally worked with hundreds of student athletes and their families as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

What I care about most is helping your athlete find their confidence again, and fall back in love with the game.
